Received his Medical Doctor degree from Morehouse School of Medicine and his Masters of Public Health from Emory University. He completed a Urology Oncology Fellowship at Emory University. He has participated in numerous research projects and published articles concerning the role of nutrition in cancer, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, the integration of Traditional and Modern Medicine in Nigeria, and the Role of Traditional Birth Attendants in world health. He is an inventor for a method of treatment and urinary bladder instillation for bladder cancer United States Patent 6,037,332.
He is President and CEO of Premiere International Health Care Inc. and has close to 15 years of International health leadership experience with Premiere and several International non- profit organizations. Has served as an international consultant and contractor on numerous USA government projects.
Ambassador Andrew Young-Chairman of the Board
Ambassador Andrew Young is an ordained minister, international businessman, sports enthusiast, human rights activist, published author, and former public servant. He was a top aide to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. during the civil rights movement, and was elected to three terms in the US House of Representative from the Fifth Congressional District of Georgia.
In 1977, President Jimmy Carter named him as Ambassador to the United Nations. He later served two terms as Mayor of Atlanta, and in 1994 President Clinton appointed him to chair the Southern Africa Enterprise Development Fund, a $100 million privately managed fund to provide equity to businesses in 11 countries in southern Africa. He was also Co-Chairman of the Centennial Olympic Games in 1996, and is currently Chairman of GoodWorks International, a specialty consulting group based in Atlanta, Georgia, that provides strategic services to corporations and governments operating in the global economy.

KENNETH PRINCE, MSHA
Kenneth has over 20 years experience in managing primary care centers, maternal and child health services, HIV/AIDs related services, and outpatient mental health services. In the past served as assistant vice president for ambulatory services within Grady Health System. Has a special interest in working with the medically undeserved population.
BRADLEY EARL MITCHELL, MHA
Brad is the owner of two very successful businesses and has worked in health care for 15 years. He has served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing for Grady Health System and Director of Managed care for South Comprehensive Healthcare. Brad is also an accomplished grant writer, business plan specialist and has an interest in working to resolve medical issues in undeserved populations.
Walter Moore, MPA
Served 24 years in the Armed services reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He
has 26 years of hospital administration experience. He has served in various positions of increasing responsibility from Senior Vice President of Support Services, Regional Vice President for Patient Administration for south eastern united states military health command. He served in various locations within the United States as Vice President of Patient Administration, and in addition he has served as an Inspector General. Throughout Korea where he was responsible for opening a number of Dental Clinics . Also served as Chief Operating Officer for an Army Medical Center .He is currently serving as Executive Director for the Grady Health System Infectious disease program. One of the largest and most comprehensive outpatient treatment facility for the treatment of HIV and AIDS in the World.

Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, has a masters in business and has experience with a fortune 50 pharmaceutical firm, now serves as Vice President of Facilities and Logistics for the Grady Health System in Atlanta. Has worked with the US Department of State and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in providing assistance to refugees in Eastern Africa during the Rwandan refugee crisis. During this crisis served as the lead Healthcare logistic person from the United States on the ground in Africa. Expert in Facilities operations including development, construction planning, and managing construction sites. Managed over $100,000,000 in construction projects during his career. Additionally, expert in acquiring equipment and supplies and equipping hospitals and healthcare operations. Has a Masters in business. Has held positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
